I and my family would like to get a portrait photo done of ourselves by a professional studio/photographer. Any suggestions about where to get this done? Someone mentioned Shenzhen, but nothing more specific. How about any place in HK? Thanks for all suggestions.

One thing that annoys me about some of these photogs is the fact that they do not give you the negatives.

They charge around $2000 for the sitting and then X amount for prints etc. Yes. shenzen will be much cheaper.

The only thing with getting it done in Shenzhen are the cheesy poses and stuff they make you do. My uncle and aunty recently re-did their wedding photos and oh my! :P
So you need to let them know what you want straight up.
