Just go to your nearest park in the morning (about 7:00am) and find the biggest group of people that is practising Tai Chi, get to the back of group and just follow them.

it is important to have guidance from the beginning on. as with all martial arts, you need to understand the concepts instead of making circles/movements with your body only. I would opt for classes unless you can get mentoring during the morning 'sessions'.

ahh...you got it!!! the chinese version has much more information in house, such as time tables and classes.

anyway, you are to find lots of links when visiting the english one.

Evening and Weekend Tai Chi Classes in Wanchai

New classes beginning 1st March in Wanchai.

There are evening and weekend classes
both for Tai Chi and other martial arts such as Wing Chun and Preying Mantis.

Classes are suitable for both beginners and advanced students.
