I went to Toni & Guy in Central and had the WORST hair cut and colour of my life.

I have just discovered The Firm and a guy called Leo. He has just come over from the UK and trained with Toni & guy there. He did the best colour I have had in 2 years and a really good cut.

I just went to the academy today for highlights. Initially I had a bad experience with a student who couldn't handle the job - Philip - and foolishly decided to not participate further.
However, luckily two other students Simon and Martha picked up and performed quite well.
I paid $180 for foil highlights for long hair, which I am quite happy with.
They usually only take morning apptments and I suggest if you call up - be sure to avoid booking an appt with Philip!
