they are great for the price you pay

i went there now 3 times, twice for touch up colour, and once for the haircut. if you work the probelm is timing. the last appointment is 3pm, so i had to squeeze in a long lunch. they tend to be done within 1.5 hours which is amiracle for a HK hair salon.

the price is really HKD50 for hair cut and blow dry, and HKD130 for colour. these prices are fixed, so no matter long hair, short hair, touch up or highlights you still pay the same prices.

but, if you expect a pampering experiece forget about it, it is more the kind of cheap and cheerful training academy where students are coming and going. it is the place geared for teaching not for fee paying clients, so if you are ok with this, go for it. the quality of the cut, colour, and the materials used is decent. they speak engligh and are not afarid to touch and deal with the hair of a white person.

i was asked to model when i had a haircut; it is a weird experience; you sit in front of the classroom, no mirror for you as a customer; they swirl you in a chair so that the student class of about 15 can have a closer look. so it is not for the shy and faint hearted as you are on full display of very young people. but all in all,for HKD50, a bit of inconvenience is worth it.

i recommend the place
ania

esque will become famous soon enough
A question about the Academy:

Is it ok to go if you just want a trim or are growing your hair? I went to a similar academy in Australia, and they wouldn't accept this as they wanted to train their students on more difficult cuts.

Tony and Guy

Princess Tink or anyone who knows,
Which Tony and Guy did you go to have a good haircut? I don't mind the price as long as they are good.
