Well, I'm well over 6 feet (200cm) and last time I went to Ikea, they had only mattresses for kids (183cm).

Any idea where I can find mattresses 200cm or longer?

I had exactly the same problem when I came to HK in January this year...
However, I went to Pricerite, most of their mattresses can be built- to-order... Finally I ordered a mattress that is around 203 cm in length, and surprisingly the prices are quite reasonable. And it only takes a week or so until it's delivered to your home.

If you need a bed I would also go for a tailor made one; there is a chain all around HK called "Jade Rattan". The service they offer is pretty good and their prices are fair. They equipped my flat with a decent bed and desk and did a good job.

I bought my current bed at IKEA more than 10 years ago, right here in HK, but now it travelled a lot and I need a new one.
Last year when I wanted bedsheets, some sales guy even told me, I must have made a mistake - they had never sold any long beds! And no, they don't have what I need.

There are many tailor make. Sogo, Sea Hourse, Jusco. Of course add little more amout $ when compare with regular size. I love going Sogo's mattress floor as I can sleep on different beds at least 15 minutes before I make up my decision usually I show my sleeping posture in front of the public.

my husband is 6 ft 3
we have a california king size bed from the states. we also buy sheets to match. you can try logging on and find sheets that you can get from the states if they offer international delivery. i doubt they have these in hong kong since beds of this size is already a problem
