Question Cooking lessons (not for a helper, for me!)...?

hi! Can anyone please recommend good cooking lessons (Thai, Asian, Italian or other cuisine) in HK by a qualified English speaking instructor? I would love to learn skills of how to make a delicious meal to impress my family and friends.

If there has been a thread about it, would love to read it... Thanks!

Thumbs up

Thanks, everyone. I want to report about my recent experience.

I had a class with Martha in Mongkok (www.Cookery.com.hk) - excellent instruction and delicious results. Everything was well organized and the explanation was detailed - we made Thai curry (fingers are still burning with chily) and pad thai noodles. I want to arrange more lessons soon!

Hi Sophia,

Thanks for your comment. I happen to come across this post, so I just register to answer. I forgot to remind you, the website on my card is in Chinese version. Please visit the following English website for further details. Sorry for the confusion.

I'm happy to know you and your friends enjoy the cooking lesson. Thanks.

Best Regards,

Martha

Duron,

You should be able to find Sambal Chilli in the Indonesian supermarkets. There are a couple in Causeway Bay
