I'd like to know if anyone can give me a clue as to how much it might cost to rent business space in the central district. I intend to use the space as a receiving office for cargo forwarding. I would also like to consult someone knowledgeable in start-up operations in HK(ie: business permits, restrictions, licenses, etc...); possibly even invite him or her as a joint venture partner

-about 20-40sq. meters should do for a start. We were looking at Central but Wanchai or Sheung Wan will do just fine too
