i thk we have. It think it basically boils down to people eventually loosing their rag with the inconsiderate nature of the majority of HK dwellers - western and local. Though there seems to be an air of a respectful society, HK defo falls down on the considerate/polite aspects (holding open a door for person two steps behind, moving slightly so people can actually pass on the street, not congregating infront of doorways everyone is trying to use etc) but its a mistake to think its only the locals, the worst offenders are often western.
