Average price for 3br with Balcony???

Is $14,500/month about average for a top level apartment in Western districts with 3br with ensuite? It has the roof included but cannot be locked up due to fire regulations.

Looking like crazy for a place and will take it if people can confirm its about average for this.

How much are you paying per square foot? Sounds like a good deal if its a new building with any facilities and about 800+ sq feet.

From my personal experience, it is a qestion whether u like it or not. U will be the one to stay hours over there. Feel good, comfortable, and make u feel like at home are the most important issues. An easy way to know whether the renting price is good or not is to find out what will be the selling price of the flat.
