Hello,

I am French, still living in France but working for a Swiss company.
I am planning to move to Hong Kong for a "non-defined yet" period of time (between 6 months and one year...or more) in order to run the business of my Swiss company in ASIA / OCEANIA. We do not plan to open an office in HK; I am just planning to work from home (furnished apartment) and to visit our Asian distributors and our company newly opened in Shanghai. From HK, it will be easier for me to support (giving seminars, conferences...) our business in this part of the world...no crazy long trips anymore between Switzerland and ASIA...
The questions are very simple:
1. Visa situation for such activity?
2. Taxes situation: where to pay? HK, France?
Ideal for me would be to get in contact with someone in the same situation.
