Flying Standby Hong Kong to Shanghai
Does this work very well or is it even possible? I want to go the weekend of the 4th and come back on the 6th or 7th. Is there much of a chance of me getting stuck in China?

It does not matter to me. I was thining dragonair. Any recomendations? Is it much cheaper to do the standby thing?

dragonair has 5X flights daily. Book yourself on the first one standby, and you should pretty much be guaranteed on one of their other flights if you dont get on that one...
