I have limited funds, but an opportunity to get a VERY cool space (multi-level house...mezzanine off the living room, huge bedroom soace, roof gardens (2 small ones). Great 50's chinese character - needs a bathroom reno, and second new bath, and a complete kitchen. Can anyone advise how to proceed? Currently living on Kowloon side so think I might want to work with a reno/design company here thinking it might cost less than HK side...any advice??

He may also be able to recommend someone to do the actual work.
