I want to go to a temple this Diwali (1st Nov.). Does anyone know which is the best place to go to?

KIA, can you specify where in Happy Valley. I know there is a Gurudwara not far from the Cosmopolotin hotel. But I am looking for a Hindu temple.

(I am not sure if Cosmopolotin even comes under Happy Valley.)

yep....the celebrations last for a week, depending on which region of India you're from. Mostly it's 3 days

Fireworks? Nope. It's illegal.
