Taxes in first year arrival

I am moving to HK in few weeks and hope to be working by end of year, or more realistically Jan/Feb next year. Wondering how/when you pay your taxes for first year. I can see that after year one you pay on account based on prior year estinate for current year, but not sure how they estimate year one.

If I start work say 1 Feb and get paid 360,000, can anybody give me an idea of when I would need to pay tax. Also can you also deduct rental cost for residential accomodation, that seem very generous (I'm married to local if that makes any differenec and will be on Dependence visa)

thanks
