Thanks Jimbo! Very kind of you. How about the agent commission? Can we negotiate?

You usually can, its 50% of the rent so just play the 'you're not the only agent i'm using game' and see how low they'll go, you'll get more luck with the small independants rather than chains like century 21 etc.

I don't know how can I thank you for your sufficient info. Perhaps inviting you over for a beer if I successfully move to your neighbouring places. BTW, how do I know they are big / small chains? I only know Century 21 and Midland.

No problem Shirley

The big chains are

Century 21
Midland
Centaline

For sai kung/clearwater bay then try http://www.saikungrealty.com He's a local guy and knows the area very well, So he should be able to sort something.

Numbers on the website and ask for Daniel, He found us our place in sai kung.

Sure...no problem at all. You can drop by anytime for coffee or tea! Or do you prefer Starbucks? LOL!

JimboJet is on a distinguished road
Hi Shirleythien

My friend has a few flats for rental in Sai Kung. Its just a bit further down from those village resturants. I am not too sure what kinda transport is available but minibuses, bus, taxis are within easy reach. The West rail link is reachable via public transport.

I dont have his rentals but close to 6-7k I would say. Direct deal with ownerso saving on the commission through agents.

PM me for his contact details so u can call him directly.

J
