I've just purchased a plasma TV from a large electrical store in Causeway Bay. However, I believe it is faulty - Am I entitled to a full refund. Can anyone advise what my options are?

If you have a proof of purchase, and only just bought it then they should replace it.

I don't believe that you will be entitled for a complete refund but you should be able to get a replacement from the store directly. Was it less than 10 days ago? If not they will probably ask you to contact the warranty department.
