| | | Problem buying Stuff Can't find 'stuff'.
Where are the markets that sell the kind of stuff you might actually want to buy? We need to get stuff to cluter the flat and give it some character - pref. without giving my money to those fiends ikea - and so the many markets HK has seem a good starting place.
However, so far the ones we've visited just sell tat - and not even the kind a tat you can impulse buy. Its quite upsetting, does anyone know where I can get this kinda stuff?
By stuff i mean like nice chopstick sets, cool lamps, functional ornaments, rugs, cool cushions etc etc. Also anything gadgety is welcome - there is no such thing as too many gadgets...

| | | what is your style?
Asian, modern, traditional, Indian, industrial, etc.?
A lot of where to go is going to depend on that.

| | | I like to mix it up a bit, but the flooring and dooring in the flat are all a light wood colour, and it came with a glass and metal table so i guess i'd be leaning towards modern but with a bit of fusion going on... | |

| | | Queens Rd Central has a lot of furniture shops covering just about everything you would want. Up past Pacific Place and follow the road. | |

| | How about G.O.D. Not quite sure what exactly you are looking for. For me, I think G.O.D. in Causeway Bay is not bad though....... http://www.god.com.hk/ | |

| | | Queens Road East has a lot of furniture shops. GOD is good too. Keep an eye on the HK Magazine - has lots of ideas in there. Or definitely try the Wing On Department Store in Sheung Wan | | Tools | Search | | | | | Rate This Thread | | | All times are GMT +8. The time now is 10:23 PM. | |
