I managed to get the fine down to 1000 and was supposed to pick up my visa today at 5 pm.
Then when I entered the bus (k204) from the stop near walmart in shekou a lot of hands from behind blocked my way into the bus and as I regain my foothold I see my wallet is gone. I run out and start screaming at the nearest chinese people but everyone looks innocent.
I lost my bank card and all my money and so here I am stuck again. I lost 800 rmb and sadly I had only 7 rmb other than that so now I cant get my visa and I cant cross to hong kong.
The word stuck is really having a whole new meaning here.

One thing is how long is the new visa they added on your passport? Coz even if you don't pick it up today, it already is on the passport so you have time to get money again until it expires.

They added 10 days but I dont have that much time, rent expires etc and no money.
I only need 200 to cross
200 sucky rmb.
So far no luck and I spoke to 3 people.

I cant even ask anyone to send money to my bank since I dont have the frigging number now etc etc and what can I do with 2 rmb???
I wish I hadnt put all my money into my damn wallet before I left. Damn thiefs.

I mean at that point if it's really what you need go to your consulate, somebody might as well just give u 200 rmb, or simply ask friends. Or last chance, teach 2 hours part time paid cash in hands.

My consulate is in another city 2 hours away how do I go there for 2 rmb?
I talked to them before.
It costs more than 800 to recieve even 200 from them.
I cant lose anymore money on this.
And god knows how long it would take.
I am furious and pissed off.
I might break someones face soon enough just because it will make me feel better.

when in doubt....ALWAYS and i mean ALWAYS play the stupid dumb ignorant westerner......it always works.....

and have very little cash on you.....that way if they fine you a ton....you just lay out a whatever cash you have on the table and shrug your shoulders nicely.....

just be really nice but act really dumb.....it works like a charm....and is sometimes fun to do when bored...
