I went to lunch with a couple of people from work, and happened to mention that I saw that I had 2 days holiday I could take for the yaer (I've only been with the company for a month or so), my friend, the office PA was like, oh you cant, until 3 month probabtion. anyway, how did you know about holdiay, so i said, oh, the girl next to me was looking it up earlier, arranging her holiday time etc., then my friend said.. umm, that file is in my private folder, you need a password to get into it. she shouldnt have access to it. so now, she thinks she has a privacy breach or sth.. and wants to change all her passwords.

Not your friend's fault - if it's private then it shouldn't be in a shared folder on the network

everyone should change their passwords atleast every month or so..it's her carelessness if someone else got hold of the password...
