TV options?

I'm interested to find out some info on the TV channel options available in Hong Kong. Are cable and satellite TV both available? How many US channels available? Any American sports available (ESPN)?

To clarify diminished coverage of US events: NBA, and big golf and tennis events if they happen to be sited in the US, do get reasonable coverage in HK among those channels, while baseball, football (American variety; note it's the original soccer variety which rules here), and hockey (ice variety) much less.
