Would have said Tandoor, but its no more.

The choice du jour seems to be Veda.. not been there considering its next to my office. Rumored to have a $125 lunch buffet.

Anyone want to do a dutch review of this place over lunch? Or ... lets see if they can piss Shri off.

Here's my review of Veda.

Goodfood, the chef claims that their sunday brunch is pretty good. Anyone up for it when I'm back from my trips in a couple of weeks?

BOMBAY DREAMS

this one seems to have just popped up in Wyndham St, and now a branch is about to open in Cameron Road.

Would be most interested to know the antecedents yaneke pedigree of BD, if anyone is privy to such tittle tattle.

is no place safe from the tandoori chaps?

Dia, a restaurant specialising in north Indian cuisine, recently opened in Sai Kung. The 35-seat restaurant has popular Indian favourites such as seekh kebab (skewers of minced spiced lamb cooked in the tandoori oven), tandoor murghi (chicken marinated in yoghurt, garlic, onion and spices) and Kashmiri rogan josh (lamb in a sauce flavoured with cardamom, cloves, saffron and cinnamon). The new restaurant is at G/F 42-56 Fuk Man Rd, Shop 2, Sai Kung Building, Sai Kung, tel: 2791 4466.
