Like others said, this is because those feeds are sent to Singabore and Malaysia.

Personally I think NOW broadband messed up big time about doing that. Why couldn't those idiots give HK a seperate feed instead of dumb everything down.

I would never put down money on censored garbage, when the free to air channels which the HK gov't DOES regulate are virtually censorship free and are MUCH LESS censored than american free to air channels.
