I am permanent resident and moderately speaking cantonese. Graduated from London U and having Sun certified Programmer. But not IT background. Can advise me how to get IT job? Can anyone help me to find out MNC, or europe or US companies here.

Why can't you find them yourself? Most MNC's have their own websites. And usually they have a "Careers" section. It's not that difficult is it?
