Hi there,
I was just wondering how it's been going on for the few braves who were trying to give up smoking, would be cool to hear some feedback, as I have been trying a lot too, more or less slowing down but still getting back to it. As the will to give up is here, I might give a try with hypnosis but not sure about that. If anybody has some feedback about this I'd be glad to hear from them.

Cheers

Anyone ever tried acupuncture? It was a fad a few years back in Canada, and since we're in the birthplace of it...who knows?

Get rid of all matches.

Don't keep cig- in the house "you notice I didn't spell the whole word?". get rid of all materials that helps you to even thinks about the word".

Of course, I finally got the desire to quit smoking after visiting the Cancer Ward in the hospital for smokers.

Patience, remember, you need somethin to keep you active while going through withdrawal, withdrawal takes several years.....

Cheers,
This is about the best advice there is!

Baron is an unknown quantity at this point.
Take one cig out of the pack, stick it up your arse, put it back into the pack and shake it all about. Then when you have the urge, you will think twice.

Smoking YUK!

Everytime you feel like a cigarette, take a bit of salt...sounds silly, I know, but it worked for me. MC
