Looking for accommodation from end nov 2005

Looking for accommodation from end nov 2005
1) for one-two persons
2) anywhere in HK
3) can be flat/room/whatever
4) preferably below $2000-$3000 per month (including management fees, electricity, water, etc.)
5) By the way, are the management fees, electricity, water, etc. usually included in the rent in HK?
How much are these usually?
