Just waltz in to any Tom Lee Music and pretend you are interested in buying a piano

there are more pianos per square inch in HK than any other city. you can pay by the hour in the sardine-sized rooms in the back of most piano dealerships. It is very cheap, and the quality is equal to the price.

you can also rent pianos in your own home pretty cheaply here.

yamaha
kawai
pearl river
korean pianos (inferior)


there are piano stores and studios on just about every block all over the city.

Central library in Causeway Bay has piano practice rooms. You have to book though.
