There is a 1 year plus, waiting list at the Jockey Clubs.
I love riding too, I go to China, 2 times a month, to a riding location in Dong guan, I catch a mini bus, then after 1-2 hours riding, spend another couple of hours in the Sauna to rest and freshen up, good shower and massage.

There's a riding club about 10 minutes drive going west from Yuen Long town centre. Basically just off Tai Tong Road, on your way to Tai Lam Country park, turn right at the Lychee Valley turn off and you cannot miss it.
