Paul, Welcome aboard. I really am not keen on an us v/s them thing. We've been running community sites for a while... and will continue running them for a bit longer than most others in HK.

Goodfood : nope ... the other Paul is here in BKK at a customer site with me.

Sorry for the delayed response, was on a trip-to-hell. I'd not worry about the censorship if I were you. I am an opinionated person (i think my friends substitute the word person with other ahem ... unrefined terms) and value my own ability to speak out, over earning a penny or two.

Besides, our commercial plans are fairly different from those of other sites.. yes, we'd like to break even and get compensated in some form or the other.

Our cunning plans will soon be revealed.

I also find asiaxpat very frustrating! I have posted up many replies only to find them deleted by Ed. I hope this website takes off and more of us can share good advice without it being deleted. In fact I only found out about this website through asiaxpat (amazingly the thread wasnt deleted).
