im a british girl, born harrogate, lived south wales most of life. Im 32 years old and been in china for 3 years or so now, the last 6 months in HK. Im struggling a bit to meet fellow expats...just split up from a year and a half relationship and stuck on Lamma island.

Ooh, Harrogate, how posh

Spent the first 18 years of so of my life living on or just off Harrogate Road on the northern edge of Leeds... South Wales isn't really my part of the world though...

As for meeting people - there tend to be meetups for drinks every weekend, normally in LKF, and regular organised meals or other events - the next one is this Wednesday, but unfortunately the restaurant only holds 50 people and there are already people waitlisted!

Other than that, hang out... there are enough people here going out for enough drinks that it's pretty easy to jump in at any time
