Jobs in accountancy field

Hi all,
I am a qualified CA accountant from Australia with 3 years Business Services & Taxation experience and I am wanting to relocate back to Hong Kong to work. I do have permit to work in Hong Kong. Is it difficult to find Chartered Accounting jobs in Hong Kong? I have tried to apply to the Big 4, but there recruitment process is very slow, has any one of you had this experience? Or I have no hope?

Can any one give me some advices? Thanks!
