I am desperately searching for shoes (for work, not sports) size 11 or up. Where can I go? All the shops here just serve up to 9 or 10.

Bad luck for tall people with big feet... I m in the same position, I gave up a couple of months ago.
If you know exactly your size and brand, you can order online.... for example via ebay. I tried it once, but was not so successful... :-(
I m going to Germany twice a year and always returning with 3-4 pairs of shoes.
There I get nice shoes that are not overpriced.... :-)

I got some size 11 from Kenneth Cole in Seibu Pacific Place. They are 100% leather so will last ages and are not only big but wide too.
They were HKD1700 but I got them December last year for 50% in the sale.

I'm in the same boat - size 13 here. I just got tired of not being able to find anything and had some shoes shipped here from the US - global priority mail is pretty cheap if you use their flat rate option.

I wear size 12 wide or 13 US. I got a pair of Rockports at Pacific Place that are probably the best shoes I've ever worn. E-Bay has good deals on shoes, too. I've also had some luck north of the border...got some flawless Nike Air Force Ones for free....size 13 US. Also found some SWAT team boots for about 120 RMB. Very comfortable, but if the floor is wet i end up sliding everywhere
