Can someone recommend a good place to buy new mobile phone? and how much a T610 would cost in the market.

T610 around $4000 (not cheap) here u should go to Smartone who would also supply simcard or deal etc. good pay as u go service here, u can refill card @ atm just like u can pay utility bills. Could try ORANGE or CSL.
