My parents are here visiting and were thinking about going to Macau for a few days, but most people I've spoken to have said it's not worth going for more than a day.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a nice relaxed place in Hong Kong to spend a few days? A beach would be nice!

a day trip to macau may not be enough, it's a cool place and there's lots to see. if it is for only a day, then it must be one long day, like ten hours of intense walking/sightseeing. plus if they want to peruse the casinos, like sands, golden dragon, yaohan etc., this requires much more time still. probably two days would be perfect.
