Unhappy Breaking/Chipping Nails

My nails have been breaking over and over again, it's really annoying me.

What am I lacking?

Any vitamins that help?

the girl who did my nails in London alwasys said that she could really tell the difference between those who took multi-vitamins and those that didn't, as in those that did had much better nails - so that might be worth a try!

hey,
My nails were also very weak, until I started to use Nail Inc. A&E treatment...its excellent and I am sure you can buy it in HK. Although, your skin, hair and nails are good indicators of a vitamin deficiency, which you should pay attention to. So maybe think about taking a supplement which has vitamin A and B in it, they do produce special hair, nail and skin vitamin supplements...hope this helps

Rosemary, have you changed your diet lately or been eating a lot less fish?

Try taking Evening Primrose oil religiously.
This is a huge help for your hair, skin and nails.
You should notice a difference in a few months.

Don't give up if it takes a while to see results- you'll have people commenting in no time.
Keep it up!

All the best
