Unhappy Supply Chain positions

Hi

I am still currently in HK but will be moving back to Australia soon with my current employer. I would prefer to stay on in HK, but I am needed in a role in Australia.

Hence, I am looking around for jobs in the supply chain/ logistics area. I have tried the headhunters went for some interviews but nothing has materialise yet. Am I doing something wrong here ? I'm pretty sure it's not the salary since i'm accepting local terms.

If I were to follow up on applications in Australia, how diffcult will it be to actually get a job here then ? I would expect that I will need to fly over for an interview or two, but are the local companies here accepting of phone interviews to start with ?

Any advise here would be really helpful as I definitely want to stay in HK.

Thanks
