here's another great new addition to the pantheon...now i got sounds similar to dragging furniture and thuds coming from somewhere in the building. over the weekend it was 24 hours a day, i'm serious. called the cops but they said without pinpointing where it comes from they can't take action. management has responded by "patrolling" to see if they can catch the culprits, but no dice. of course, they don't much like me since i've been calling outside agencies quite often and putting them on the spot.
did anyone have a similar problem? any pointers will be helpful. i'd consider moving but in this town a picture of universal SUFFERING in the noise dept. is forming so i don't know.
