| Even if your housing is in companies name it is still considered compensation by the US govt and you could be taxed for the fair market value of the housing. |

| Just get a US tax accountant, that is the most important thing, as they can find the loopholes and work out the paperwork for you. I made under 80K and got tax exemption from US, paid 10-12% tax for HK IRD since I was paid in HK dollars. Definitely open up a HK bank account, your money won't get tracked, and with a good accountant it may be easy to get past the 330 day thing. I spent well under 330 days in HK, and it wasn't an issue. HK Tax is so low, and the public services quite good, so I think it's worth it to pay...at least the tax dollars aren't going towards bombing other countries... |

| yeah...im meeting with us-asia tax next week... i plan to not pay us taxes, and have pay from HK office, into HK bank.....should be fun |
