Double bed for tall people

All my family members are taller than an average Chinese. My problem is, whenever I go to a furniture store, I feel everything is minituarized. Is there any place I can by a decent sized double bed (definitely longer than the usual) and mattress that does not have to be custom made?

How big do you need? Standard "Western" size beds are 6'3" long for double (4'6" wide) and queen (5') wide, and 6'6" long for king (6' wide).

I had no trouble getting such a king bed in the furniture stores in Times Square when I came here a few years ago.

PDLM, I think a queen size (western) bed is what I am looking for. Can you tell me which store you bought yours from? I assume you also got the mattress there. Do you know where to get bed sheets for a western queen size bed?

My boyfriend is 6 foot 3, we went to Pricerite Causeway bay - the beds came in different sizes and we got the biggest queen available and its fine

Many local furniture stores can can place an order for an extended version of the bed you want, but you'll have to wait longer for delivery. I bought a lengthened double bed from Jusco. There's also a place called B&B Design on the same side-road as GOD in Causeway Bay.

Thanks for your replies!
I have been to IKEA. Most of IKEA stuff is average (by looks and quality), but they charge above average prices for it. IKEA was my favourite store in the US, but not in HK.

The sheets and duvets at IKEA don't seem to be quite the conventionall size and their duvet inners only fit their covers. The best range of bedding I've seen is at Wing On in Sheung Wan, Sogo in Causeway Bay are not bad and there is a Natural Living shop for sheets and duvet covers on the first floor, right beside the escalator in Windsor House opposite Ikea. Also in the Prince's Building there are some nice homeware stores albeit a bit more expensive.
