Selling Artwork

I'll be moving to Hong Kong in December for a three month stretch, and would like to know the legality of selling my artwork there (be it on the street or to a business, whatever). If it's all right to do so, where would be the best place for it? etc, etc...(and other related questions).
Thanks

Baron is an unknown quantity at this point.
I'm pretty sure you would need a permit to sell anything on the street. I'm sure if someone saw your work and wanted to buy it though, there's nothing wrong with them giving you $$$ for it. As long as you aren't setting it up as a street display.

Set up a website with the pictures on and print some business cards with only the URL on it and leave them all over the place.

That is brilliant. Thank you. Also, would it be legal to get someone ELSE on the street who already sells related items to sell my stuff? Basically, I'm just looking to earn a little cash while I'm there. If not, no big deal, but I thought I'd just see. Thanks.

I don't see why you can't do that.

No, I've never been. Just thought I'd pack up and go for a while. Why not, right?
