Hi! 'Would just like to ask if any knows how internet connection
goes here in Hong Kong. I would like to have connection about until
december of this year.

Any ideas/suggestions?, connection particularly in Causeway Bay Area..

Do they have prepaid cards for Wi-Fi here? Also, I havea PCCW landline if it's needed. How much do I need to pay? and how fast is the connection?

No prepaid cards - & no pay as you go either.

Your "Best Bet" is to try to find an unencrypted Wi-Fi point.
