Viewing floor - observation deck?

Are there any buildings with observation decks that give a view over the harbour?

TST or Central.

You sort of have to get the investment bankers to let you into their offices.

I thought it was possible to get to an observation floor in the 2 IFC tower.

You can go up to the 55th floor of Two IFC, the public library or the information centre of the HK Monetary Authority. It's free and you can probably peek through the window.

I was told that there is an observation floor on the 55th (Two IFC has 88 floor but 55th is the highest you can get to as a public) but don't know if they are the same.

Note that this and the Bank of China observation floor are 'floors' and not deck. There is no open space and you are only looking at the harbour from an air-conditioned office. Unless you want a close view of the harbour, someone said being on the peak gives you a better view of the wider harbour...

There is a walk/hike which you can do around the peak - great views!

Bank of China building has a public viewing deck, as does the tall building next to China Resources/opposite the exhibition centre (Centrium?).

There's the elevator interchange floor in Central Plaza (4x?) that has a pretty decent wrap-around view from above WanChai, free and open to the public.

Oh, and if you are into attending a Christian service, there is a mass held every Sunday morning (10 am? not sure) at the absolute top of the building, which is quite impressive to be surrounded by all glass walls and ceiling.
