Hi - can anyone recommend a place for good shabu shabu in Hong Kong? Preferably within 40 mins travel from midlevels.

For Chinese style, I prefer to buy the food and the soup I want and have it at home.
For Korea style, I prefer a shop in China Resources Building in Wanchai. It is at the corner side but I forget the name.
For Japanese style, I will try shops in Star street or LKF.

Jaffe Rd and Tonochy (Im sure I spelled it wrong) in wanchai, this place is really called shabu shabu.
