Pricerite have good ones and the Wan Chai branch seems to be better than Causeway Bay for non furniture stuff. If you can't find one long enough (180cm) seems to be standard buy a new rail - not sure exactly what they are called but they extend to the required length and then kind of suction to the wall so no tools or screws required and you can have them at any height you want just make sure you select one of a suitable length becasue the sizes vary.

the length I require is 210cm. Can't change the rail height due to bathroom window otherwise I would!!!

Thinking I might just buy 2 x from Ikea and sew together to make up the length!!

How about just buying more rings and having 3 or 4 rows of rings at the top. I have done this before and its cheap and easy but with 30 extra cms to cover it might not work for you
