Can anyone tell me where I can get good annual worldwide travel insurance please?

Chubb (Federal) or AXA provide good cover. Drop me a PM or email if you want more info or help as I do not have the information on me right now. Premiums vary depending on the level of cover you want and if you need it for just yourself or for a family (kids are usually free on a family plan)
