Pls could anybody show me a link in the immid website that says we (on working visa) can't take part-time job. Thank you. I would like to show that link to my future employer.

Do you mean a second job in addition to the one which is the one for which you have the Employment Visa?

If so, then the flow chart at the bottom of this page: http://www.immd.gov.hk/ehtml/topical_8.htm
clearly shows that if you have a restrictive stay condition (e.g. an Employment Visa) then you are no employable by anyone else.

No. My future employer wants me to do a part time job. They said they have done this before and it was ok. They got the permission.

I'm not aware of any minimum number of hours that you need to work in order to be eligible for an Employment Visa, provided that you meet the normal criteria (no locals can be found, or specific skills, ...)
