anybody know of a flat for rent along the ML escalators? SoHo? Mosque Junction? Lyndhurst? anything w/in walking distance? ....

-not picky abt size (i can live in a tuna-sardine-can)
-should be renting @ no more than hkd 7k
-should at least have a bed and closet
-should be clean and secure

I just signed a lease for a 350 square foot apartment one block away from the escalators off Hollywood road for 9K. In my opinion, it was a steal because there is nothing really in the market for anything less than 10K. Real estate prices are going up and consequently the rent.

hi, you might want to look along soho... i think property agents around there might be able to find you a place suiting your requirements.

i rented a 680 sq.ft flat in the mid levels for 8.5K early this year. Its fully furnished and pretty cool.The agent I used was good and quite resourceful- he just found another flat for a friend of mine close to the belchers for 7.5K. Give him a call... he might have something to show you.
