Ha, his nickname because of the W texan drawl! For agess I imagined far more sinister undertones like Dubai, saudi oil, geopolitics etc. Was a fun journey thugh specially the list of nicknames he has for other, that funny lil' curious georgeyporgy

kimberlynkeith is infamous around these parts
Living in Texas, where we have over 250,000 evacuees, I can say that while it was mismanaged, the enormity of the situation is unbelievable. A *lot* of these people are uneducated and poor. They didn't *want* to leave. They didn't *want* to evacuate. They KNEW the situation and still stayed. That's hard to deal with.

I've spent hours upon hours volunteering here in Arlington, and it is insane. The whole thing is frustrating because so many of the evacuees can't grasp that they aren't going back to Nola anytime soon. They just want to sit and not do anything until Nola is functional again.

Incredibly ignorant comment. When you don't have money can you afford to leave? Implied racism. Underlying message: those poor black people were too lazy to leave. For me racism is harder to deal with. But no surprise coming from a Texan...
