How competitive are teaching jobs at ICS in HK?

I don't know if anyone knows much in this area, but my husband is in his fifth year teaching in the US. He just sent his application to ICS for next school year.

Does anyone know how competitive that school is for teaching positions?

He has sent them in to a few other schools as well, but really desires to work at ICS because of their missions focus.

Anyone?
