Anyone know to whom you would lodge a complaint against a mover in Hong Kong? Feel we've been had by one of the biggest, most trusted moving companies in the biz and I'd like to make sure they don't get away with it.

If its someone else, complain to the consumer council first. You also have the option of taking the issue to court.
