I'm a student studying at UST for the semester. I was traveling before I got here to HK, so I didn't bring a lot of clothes with me. I'm looking for some of the American brands because everything here is about 10x too small (I'm a 220 lb guy with a 40 in waist)

Anyone know of where I can find any of the above brands or a brand/place that actually caters to the larger guy?

You may want to get online and start ordering. Forget the one size fits f**k all shops here- even Calvin Klein XL is equivalent to a normal Medium.

Try Stanley market - they have some larger sizes

That is so not what I wanted to hear. I'm a xl-2xl depending on the cut, and am in desperate need of clothing. How ab out Shenzhen, any chances that I would find something there?

okay, I will try Stanley. Are there any other places that are on the Kowloon side that could have larger sizes? I'm in Clear Water Bay close to the New Territories, and Stanley isn't very close to me.

Try the UNO shop in Tsimshastui. I often find decent stuff in their shops.
